I am a psychologist - a graduate of the University of Wrocław and a graduate of Physical Education at the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw. I have obtained a PhDr in sport sciences.
For many years I was associated with sport, as a player practicing field hockey for 20 years, for 6 years as a national team player, then as a coach of the junior and senior team, as well as as a coach of the regional representation team at the Lower Silesian Hockey Association.
Every day I work as an Assistant Professor at the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw in the Department of Communication and Management in Sport in the Sports Coaching team.
I am a member of the Polish Psychological Association and the Sport Psychology Section of the PTP (No. 812) and basic consultant of Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP - certificate no PL-069-2023).
